Located at a five-minute drive from the Khalde Highway just after a large Unipole bearing the image of the development, Sky Tower is situated on the summit of a green hill in New Doha, Aramoun, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and Beirut. 


Currently under construction, the Sky Tower Project will comprise of 10 different sized towers with a 23-floor tower (the tallest of the 10) already completed. 


Several apartment sizes to suit all needs are currently available: 100, 120, 150, 210, 235 and 264 m2 Sky Tower is a self-contained compound with its own 24-hours a day, seven days a week security guard service, stand-by generators to compensate for frequent power cuts and a host of leisure facilities such as:
